Fried chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons Cavenders seasoning
1 tablespoon pepper, I use lawerys seasoned pepper
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Dash of chili powder adjust for heat preferance
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
4 chicken breasts
pinch of salt to taste
oil for frying
Pound chicken breast t with mallet to thin and soften them
Combine milk and egg
mix flour and seasoning
Dip chicken in eggwash then flour repeat this a second time
Fry chicken with lid on the pan until cooked. Flip once during cooking. I don't have a temp for this but I use a gas stove and fry on medium high.Last edited by LariP; 01-19-2013 at 07:55 PM. Reason: posted from phone with tons of errors
