    Turkey pinto beans

So I don't know what really to call this. It was just a idea I had and I went with it.

    1 ground turkey meat
    1 large can pinto beans

Brown ground turkey with whatever spices you want. Drain meat and add pinto beans. Don't drain the beans. Add whatever spices you want. I used onion powder and pepper.
    Then enjoy.
Nothing extravagant, just a little something quick.
I guess you can eat over rice but it is good without.

Well that is how I do y beans usually. Dump the can, add spices (usually cumin, coriander, garlic and onion) then simmer. The meat added just makes it more yummy I am sure.

We do beans like that, too... dump the can, add spices, add some onion and real bacon bits. Simmer and pretend you've slaved all day.
    We are bean-a-holics.

The trick to beans, to keep them from making one gassy, is to eat a least a little bit of them daily. It is when you've not eaten any beans lately, that they give you a gassy belly.
