Deli stuffed chicken breast
So I had this deli meat I got from the grocery store and it was WAY TOO SALTY! I mean it was so salty if I dropped a piece outside the poor snails would shrivel. SO I got this idea. I don't know if this has been done before but I like to think it is a keyzgirl original.
1 lb boneless chicken breast (about 4-5 pieces), thin and flat
About 8-10 slices of very salty deli meat (I used turkey and ham)
Roll the deli meat into the chicken breast with NO type of seasoning
Bake for about 30-45 minutes at 350. And viola, you have a very seasoned stuffed chicken.
I say about 30-45 minutes because I don't remember the time. I just went by what I saw and smelled but I know it was longer then 30 and less than 45.
It was actually pretty good. I don't know if I will make it again because I don't plan on buying that deli meat EVER again.Last edited by LariP; 01-19-2013 at 07:07 AM.

It was a grocery store brand - Publix they were on sale, 3 for $10 so I got them not knowing that they were so salty.
