    Spaghetti Bake




    1/2 Box Spaghetti, boil aldente, set aside
    1 lb. Ground Chuck, cook set aside
    1/2 Cup Red Pepper
    1/2 Cup Yellow Onion
    1 pkg. of Portabella Mushrooms sliced up
    8 oz. pkg. of Cream Cheese
    1.5 Cups Parm. Cheese
    1 24 oz. jar Prego Spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbl. of Milk
    1/2 t. of Oregano
    1.2 t. Salt
    1/4 t. Pepper

    In a large pot put 2 Tbl. of EVOO
    Sautee onions, pepper and muchrooms till soft, add 1 pkg. of cream cheese with 2 Tbl. of milk stirring constantly, add all spices and 1.5 cups of Parm. cheese, (will be thick) Then add 1 24 oz. jar of Prego and stir.
    In a 9x12 baking dish mix meat and spaghetti together, pour sauce over and mix it all together, til all is blended.
    Throw some garlic bread in the oven and eat!! It is like an alfredo with red sauce mixed together, very good!!

    Cover dish with foil and bake in oven 350* for 25 min.
    This Spaghetti Bake makes A LOT, I will be freezing half, perfect for a family dinner
