Pumpkin Gooey Cake
***WINNER OF BEST HOLIDAY RECIPE JANUARY 2013***
crust: 1 egg, 1 stick melted butter, 1 box yellow cake mix
Filling: 3 eggs, 1 stick melted butter, 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese (soft), 1 box confectioner sugar (16oz), 1 15oz can pumpkin pie filling
crust: in mixer combine ingredients then put in 9x13 pan (spray with non-stick spray) press crust down to fit
Combine filling ingredients, mix well and pour on top of crust.
