Ricotta less stuffed shells
Don't have pictures but ill update the next time I make them
!!! I cook for 2 ppl so I use small quantities n I don't usually measure so this should be fun trying to share the recipe lol
Ingredients
10 jumbo stuffing shells
8 oz container cream cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce (I use prego garlic Parmesan yummy)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Ok now what to do with all that lol boil the shells until al dente usually 15 mins.
Meanwhile brown the ground beef seasoning with garlic n onion powder.
When the meat is all brown drain the grease n add the container of cream cheese stirring to fully incorporate. Then add 1/4 jar of spaghetti sauce to meat mixture as well as 1/2 cup of mozz cheese n your parmesan cheese stir until all fully incorporated.
Now ur shells should be done, drain them rinse with cool water.
Pour about 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Using a tablespoon stuff the meat mixture into the shells. Once all shells r stuffed pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells then top with remaining mozz cheese. Cover with foil n bake for about 30 minutes!!!
Then eat them as if u didn't know that lol

I like the use of cream cheese instead of ricotta or cottage cheese. Must try these!
