Pizza CupCakes
These have been life savers when babysitting my slew of nieces and nephews! These are taste tested and nearly always in demand. They are quick and so easy you can let the kiddoes even help out.
For a dozen you need:
1 can of biscuts
1 small can of pizza sauce (have used left over spaghetti sauce and have even used sloppy joe sauce)
1ib ground beef or saussage
Shredded cheese
cooking spray
Mash one biscut into each cupcake hole, pushing the dough up the sides. Brown sausage or ground beef in skillet and add enough sauce to coat but not so much it's too saucy. add to the cupcake til half full. Add your favorite pizza toppings and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven 10-15 min til biscut is done and cheese is melted. Very Important...let cool at least 5 min before eating! There will be no left overs!:pLast edited by LariP; 01-20-2013 at 09:49 AM.

Re: Pizza CupCakes
I've played with it and even used a ham and egg mixture topped with cheese for a brunch. Added salsa in place of the sauce and they were a yummy variation!
