    BBQ cups

This is by far the most requested dinner by my kids when they were little. Very quick and easy, they can even help, or do it all themselves.

1 pkg of Pillsbury biscuts. (or any other roll brand)
    1lb hamburger
    1can of Sloppy Joe mix
    Grated Cheddar cheese

Prepare Sloppy jJoe mix with Hamburger
Place one biscuit round into a muffin pan, lightly pressing to the bottom and around the sides to form a cup
Place Sloppy Joe meat into each cup until full to top
    Sprinkle with cheese

cook as per directions of biscuits, checking on them occasionally, dough should be nicely brown. Serve

It is a tomato based sauce with bits of onions and green pepper. I guess you could make it yourself. I never thought of it not coming in a can, like Manwich. I will look for a recipe.

This is what I found for the sauce recipe. You would then browned ground beef or turkey breast and mix thoroughly. If you want you can just place in on a hamburger bun.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan
    1 medium onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
Cook the minced veggies until tender, then add.
    1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend, such as McCormick brand Montreal Seasoning
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
Mix well and bring to a simmer until desired thickness.

This sounds like a great food for parties even. You do mean the refrigerated Pillsbury dough rolls in a tube right?
