AFTER MANY REQUESTS FOR THE PUPCAKE RECIPE, HERE IT IS. COURTESY OF RENEE FROM MIDATLANTIC BULLIE RESCUE. (And Champ's Post of facebook!)

Peanut Butter Banana Pupcakes

Ingredients:

ľ cup honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 mashed ripe banana
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup natural peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk wet ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients slowly mixing with whisk or fork until batter is muffin-like.
Spoon into mini muffin tin by the tablespoon.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from tin.

dis is me(Champ) n girl waitin for da pupcakes, den eatin da pupcakes. mommie popped one in da freezer for a few minutes so dat we cud eat dem sooner.

@desertskybulldogs, Whoops----Desert Sky, I wondered why it did not underline!! do you think the recipe would work with gluten free flour? I don't see why not, but I am wondering?? Vegas Loves peanut butter and he loves banana's, but then again I haven't found anything he does not love---EXCEPT green beans, he will give the the "What the----" look when they are in his dish, then he will turn and eat them! lol

OH I love this! Think I'll mark this for Chunk's bday in May. The funniest thing is that my neighbor growing up (she was like a little sister to me) always called cupcakes "pupcakes". She even had a cupcake wedding cake! So cute.
