You can also freeze fresh lemon or lime juice like that. Once frozen, I pop the cubes out and store in a freezer bag.

Oh, wonderful idea!
I've been getting fresh herbs from Greenling, and they end going bad before we use it all... Problem solved!
A ziploc freezer bag marked with the name... PERFECTION!

I chop just about everything, and one day, I cut something in half and found it to be so much easier to slice and chop from there. Thought I was just plain dumb for not thinking of it sooner, but then I showed a few others who apparently were just as dumb as me because they always cut their round stuff round too! Once I slice in half, getting the disired slice size is easy and less risk of cutting your digits! rasgulla recipe
