" After burning two expensive non-stick woks, I decided to buy a new non-stick wok (wok stick?). I'm not sure what is the best I can get.
I have had a bad experience with one of the cheap coal steels from a supermarket in Asia before, and I tend to cast iron, but I am open to suggestions. I am willing to pay a decent amount for something good that will last. Any suggestions?
