A simple dessert for a simple person

Ingredients:


  • 200 gram butter, melt
  • 100 gram cake flour
  • 100 granulated sugar
  • 50 gram cocoa powder
  • 10 gram ovalette
  • 5 eggs
  • 190 ml chocolate condensed milk
  • strawberry jam


Cooking equipment:

  • Square baking pan,grease with butter.


Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, granulated sugar, ovalette in high speed. add cake flour, chocolate condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Mix until the batter rises.
  2. Add the melted butter into the batter, stir until well combined. After that, pour the butter into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Steam the batter for 30 minutes to cook. When it is cooked, put aside and leave to cool. Remove the cake from the baking pan. Cut the cake horizontally into 2 layers. Smear the strawberry jam onto the first layer. Then, put the other layer on to the first layer. Your cake is now ready to be served.


The Steamed Chocolate Cake is best enjoyed with family in your precious moments :-) "

Manadonese Chicken Rica with Basil is the signature dish from Manado, Indonesia. It is the most popular dish among spicy addict. Combined with basil leaf it will enhance your appetite.
I found this recipe online and it came out really good!

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken

Ground spices:
13 curly red chilies
15 big red birdís eye chilies
8 cloves shallot
7 cloves garlic
5 candlenuts
1 inch turmeric
1 inch ginger
Other spices:
1 inch galangal, smashed
2 lemongrass stalks, smashed
5 kaffir lime leaves
3 bay leaves
3 bunches basil
Salt
sugar
flavor enhancer

Directions:
1. clean the cut chicken. Boil and bring to cook. Put aside.
2. Stir-fry the ground spices.put in the galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and bay leaves. Continue stir-frying until fragrant.
3. Put the chicken in, continue cooking until the juice runs out. Taste if the flavor is good. Stir in the basil leaves.
4. Manadonese Chicken Rica with Basil is now ready to be served. Good luck! "
