November recipe challenge!

My brussels sprouts recipe turned out luscious!
1 lb sprouts, sliced in half, stem short
2 T olive oil
Dust with Tony Cachere's
Add additional coarse ground black pepper, to taste
A bit of sea salt, to taste
4 pieces of cooked, crumbled bacon (or a shovelful of real bacon bits from your handy bag in the fridge. Ahem.)
Toss and let sit over night to season. Put in 350 oven about 30 minutes before dinner is to be served.
Spread in single layer on cookie sheet to roast. When browned and bacon is sizzly, remove to a bowl, sprinkle with 2 T basalmic vinegar. Serve immediately.
Also great, served cold for the next couple days - best eaten directly outta the serving bowl! LOL!
