Onion corn on the cob
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 ears corn
8 squares of foil.
Butter
Mix soup mix, water and salt. Butter corn and spread about 1 Tbsp mixture on each ear. Wrap tightly and grill 40 minutes (indirect) turning often. Can be baked in 425* oven for 30 minutes.
Grilled Sweet Corn
Foil
Corn
Butter
Sugar
Butter corn, sprinkle with sugar wrap in foil tightly. Grill or bake as above.
So simple to do, but this is our favorite and most common manner of having corn on the cob.
