    Grilled Chicken Breast

**Winner of July 2013 Best Summer Recipe**

I lightly rub Extra Virgin Olive oil on both sides, then lightly sprinkle Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning on both sides and then sprinkle a moderate amount of Adams Reserve Southwest Rub on both side. Pre-heat grill to 450 deg. F. put chicken on grill and cook on medium fire 350 deg. F. for 10 minutes. Turn and I use a food thermometer and cook chicken to 180 deg. F. approximately 10 minutes. take off grill and enjoy.

I do the same for pork chops too, except I cook them to 170 deg. F.

    Hi, David! <waves toward H-town>

Ooooh, I LOVE Tony Cachere's... haven't tried Adams Reserve. May need to find that, if they go well together!

I see they sell it in HEB. That's the only grocer left in San Antonio. <writes in on the grocery list> It appears that Adams has several flavors!
