I Need Recipes With No Dairy, No Soy, and No Egg Whites! HELP!!!

I Need Recipes With No Dairy, No Soy, and No Egg Whites! HELP!!!

As part of my annual physical I got tested for food allergies. I am 95% allergic to dairy, 10% allergic to egg whites. I really don't want to use a lot of soy dairy substitutes so I need some good, basic recipes without dairy, soy, and egg whites. I think I can eliminate egg whites pretty easily by using the yolk plus water, but no dairy is scary! Thanks for any suggestions!

Alice, are you looking for main course type of recipes, desserts, breakfast foods, or all of the above? You can use almond milk to substitute for the dairy. I drink almond milk all the time and personally, love the taste. I'll see what i can dig up as far as some recipe recommendations for you.

My husband and I have been cutting out dairy and have substituted both almond milk and coconut milk for everything successfully.

@cali baker I'm looking for all kind of dairy free recipes that don't have a lot of soy products. @Desert Sky my allergist said no to goat milk, too, but okay to limited egg whites. I'm 95% allergic to dairy. @BioGirl71 that is so good to hear. Thanks for inspiring me to use coconut and rice milk. @Ftse 100 I haven't tried rice milk and cheese yet but will as long as they aren't loaded with soy. I got a dairy/soy free buttery spread called earth balance that is good. I love Wholefoods, but the closest one is a 6 hrs. drive.

Alice that is the margarine, there is rice cheese with soy but I buy just rice cheese I do not like soy at all. I have also bought it at Sprouts or trader Joes.Dairy is a hard one I am gluten and dairy free due to coeliac disease and I get so frustrated at restaurants as they do gluten free but not dairy free. The rice milk is not nice to drink but fine in cooking milk doesn't worry me as I never drank milk before. Good luck

@Alice Kable, here's a recipe I found online for some curry chicken using coconut milk:

    Thai Chicken Curry

    recipe adapted from Epicurious.com.

    • 1 14-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk, whisked to blend
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons Thai curry paste
    • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1/3-inch-wide strips
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded (I used leftovers from a roasted chicken)
    • 1 tablespoon (packed) brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
    • 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
    • 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • Salt, to taste

Bring 1/4 cup coconut milk and curry paste to boil in large skillet over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Add bell pepper and onion; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in chicken, remaining coconut milk, sugar and fish sauce. Heat through, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining 3 ingredients and simmer 1 minute. Season with salt. Server over rice.
