Home Made Egg Noodles for Soup
EASY! Better in Chicken Noodle soup than any other noodle.
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
Knead for 3 minutes and roll thin. Let stand for 30 min.
Spread on a cloth to dry. Cook about 20 min.
In soup they are nice and thick-- so delicious compared to store bought egg noodles. Howevver you can buy these home made in the freezer section, but still does quite stack up to making them yourself.
