Skinny poolside dip
I have been wanting to try this one for a while and FINALLY just made it. Thinking it will be a hit tomorrow for Easter.
Ingredients...
1 red pepper
2 jalapeños, unseeded
1 can corn
1/2 can diced olives
16 oz fat free cream cheese
1 pack hidden valley ranch
I used jarred, roasted red peppers and a whole can of diced jalapeños. Letting it chill overnight and will report back how everyone else likes it.

Re: Skinny poolside dip
Updating the review from after the party.... This was everyone's favorite dip! I was lazy and used a small can of jalapeños (diced) and I used jarred roasted red peppers. Set in the fridge overnight it got spicier than when I was making it so if you don't want too spicy you might want only 1/2 a small can of diced jalapeños.

Yum, yum! going to have to try this. I just bought a tub of fat free cream cheese the other day and i honestly cannot tell the difference betw. that and regular or "lite" cream cheese. Good stuff, Jenn!
