Cream Cheese Salsa Dip
2 package Cream Cheese
1 jar of Salsa (chunky)
2cups of Cheese(Mexican Blend prefferably)
In a large baking dish spread cream cheese on bottom layer. Add salsa on top of cream cheese. Spread cheese over salsa
Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins until cheese is melted. Tempature and time may vary

hmmm... I have only had cream cheese with salsa or chili sauce cold. This is interesting.

I have used these same ingredients to make a cold dip by blending softened cream cheese and salsa then top with finely shredded cheese. But I like the idea of a warm melted dip even better!

Ok, I made this today except I only made half a recipe and added chunked chicken breast meat. And chopped onion.
We loved it.
I took pictures
heat cream cheese 30 seconds in microwave to soften mad spread out.
4oz salsa
Precooked and cubed chicken
4oz salsa
Liberal layer of cheese (shredded Co-Jack on this one) Ready to Bake
Ready to Eat
