Ginger and Lemon Peel Marinade, great on steaks, Kebobs, Chicken
4 Tbs soy sauce
4 Tbs honey
2 Tbs grated fresh ginger
2 Tbs garlic, crushed.
2 tsp grated lemon peel
½ tsp hot pepper flakes
In a shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, lemon peel and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Add desired meat and coat well with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Last edited by LariP; 01-21-2013 at 04:40 PM.
