Cream cheese corn

1 large bag frozen corn
1 package cream cheese
1 stick butter
Salt/pepper t/t

Heat corn with 1/4 to 1/2 cup water until heated through. Drain excess water if only a small amount of water remains you don't need to drain.
Add butter and cream cheese and continue cooking, stirring until mixed through. Add salt/pepper if desired, or can be added per personal preference.

LariP, I make this with 2 cans of shoepeg corn and add a can of diced green chiles. This recipe has been a holiday staple of ours for many years!
