Roasted Parmesean Potatoes
4 medium russet potatoes
1 Tbs oil
3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Preheat oven to 450°, line baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray
2 slice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes, place in mixing bowl with oil and coat well.
3 parmesan, parsley, paprika, gralic powder, salt and cayenne pepper and mix on potatoes.
4 Line baking sheet with potatoes, bake turning once halfway until browned and can be easily pierced with a knife, about 25 minutes.
