Red Potato Salad
6 to 8 red potatoes, boiled, skins on.
6 to 8 hard cooked eggs (I always use the same number of eggs as potatoes)
2-3 dill pickles, chopped
2-3 sweet pickles, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup green olives, sliced
1/2 cup mayo
1 heaping teaspoon mustard
dash worcestershire sauce
3 shakes red wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Boil potatoes until done, drain, shake red wine vinegar on them, let them cool and slice in bite size pieces.
hard cook eggs, peel, slice and mix with potatoes
add chopped pickles, onions, & olives
mix and season with salt & pepper
In small bowl mix mayo, must.,& worcestershire sauce
put on potatoes, etc. mix well. add more mayo for desired "wetness"
sprinkle paprika over top
