    Fried carrots and onions

    Slice and boil carrots for 15 minutes. Pour off water

    Slice 2 medium onions in a skillet, with a small amount of oil, Fry until light brown.Add a Tablespoon of Butter, add carrots and a Tablespoon of Brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon if you like, salt and pepper to taste and cook on low for about 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy
