Pasta Salad
This particular recipe feeds about 10 people. So make this one for a party. And the amounts can all be increased or decreased depending on your taste.
1 box of Barilla tri-colored rotini pasta.
1 box of Barilla farfalle pasta
3-4 roma tomatoes cut into chunks
2-3 Zucchinis cut into chunks
1 red onion cut into chunks
5 (or so) dill pickles (spicy are great too) cut into chunks
1 can of dark red kidney beans rinsed and drained well
1 can of garbanzo beans rinsed and drain well
2 bags of cubed colby cheese
1 bottle of ZESTY Italian dressing
2 TBSP of Dried Italian seasoning
1 TBSP of garlic powder
LOTS OF PEPPER
Cut all veggies into uniform size, whatever your preference. Toss everything together with 1/4 of the bottle of dressing to coat. When you're ready to serve toss with remainder of dressing. (pasta will soak up the dressing that you initially coat with so make sure to add more before serving.)Last edited by cali~jenn; 07-22-2013 at 09:54 AM.
