    Pistachio Pudding ~ Cool Whip ~ Marshmallow ~ Pineapple Salad

    This is actually a dessert, so good!

    1 box instant pistachio pudding
    1 large tub cool whip
    1 few chopped walnuts (sprinkle on top)
    1 15.5 oz can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1 package miniature marshmallows
    coconut (optional)

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and refridgerate for an hour. I do not use coconut but have tried it with it.

    Yay I remember this one! I did not like the walnuts in it and I would spit them out. I bet I would like it now!

    I made a variation of this recipe for the 4th of July bbq my aunt had a couple years ago. It was a huge hit!
