    Apple, Zucchini Salad




    Apple
    Zucchini
    Toasted chopped walnuts
    Italian Dressing


    Slice apples and zucchini into thin bite sized chunks. (1/8" to 1/4" thick) mix in walnuts.
    Coat with Italian dressing.
    It's a pretty festive looking salad. Simple and yummy!

    The Italian dressing keeps the apples from turning brown.

    Variations I plan to try, but haven't yet.
    pecans instead of walnuts.
    Add cooked spiral pasta and turn into a pasta salad.
    AddDried cranberries.
