Creamy Potato Salad
Prep - 30 mins
Makes 9 servings
2lb Yukon gold pots, peeled, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 green onions (spring onions) thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Cook potates in boiling water for 15 mins or until just tender. Drain.
2 Place warm potates in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
3 Add eggs, celery, onions and dill. Mix lightly. Stir in mayo.

Havent seen italian dressing used so this sounds good.
