Thread: Taco Salad

Now that Dorito's has brought back their Taco flavored Dorito's I used to make this salad.

1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 pkg. of Taco seasoning
Lettuce
Tomato's
Carrots
Onion
Green pepper
Red pepper
(anything you like in a nice tossed salad).
Cook the hamburger til done, drain off the grease, stir in one pkg. of Taco seasoning mix add to salad when cool then add 1 bottle of Catalina french dressing, Mix the dressing into the salad until nice and wet. Crush the Taco Dorito's and put on top and serve.
