Tuna Salad
1 large can tuna drained
1 small onion chopped fine
3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp horseradish
3 Heaping Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and fresh ground pepper To Taste
paprika for garnish
Simply mix it all together and serve as a sandwich on fresh bread for lunch, on a bed of lettuce or with crackers for an appetizer.
I also like to add chopped boiled eggs to this, but didn't have enough today to do so, so it's not in this picture.Last edited by bullmama; 11-18-2013 at 04:18 PM.

Re: Tuna Salad
Well I suppose if you used light mayo and skim milk cheese this could be a light recipe.

Re: Tuna Salad
As far as I am concerned all tuna salad is healthy! I knew it was good with all the other stuff, even the horseradish, but I never thought of mozarella! I'll have to try it.
