Anything topped Nachos (great for leftovers!)

We will make nachos out of leftovers pretty often. So this is basically just a reminder of how you can use leftover chicken, steak, hamburger, veggies....

I use tostido corn chips, shredded cheddar, and whatever I may have that needs eating up.

My FAVORITE is leftover chicken, I shred it on top and YUM!

Using a casserole dish, I spray with pam for easy clean up. Layer chips and sprinkle with cheese and toppings,--easy on the cheese on layer one!!! ...... and another layer of chips with cheese and toppings.

Here is a photo using leftover steak and bell peppers and onions.

Great idea for leftovers! Although cheese and nachos r a weakness of mine I try to avoid. Maybe if I was skinny like you guys I could do this more often.

Oh, puh-leeze!!! you could well afford to eat this!!

i love nachos and cheese-anything! i can eat an entire bag of tortilla chips if it was sitting in front of me and a whole block of cheese too. So much for wearing a bathing suit this summer. Oh, it's almost fall, right? well, that problem was solved!
