Frozen Skinny Hot Chocolate
I tried this yesterday, and it is super yummy. If you like frozen summer drinks on a hot summer day, you will like this, and it's much cheaper than buying from Starbucks, Tim Hortons, etc. and only 150 Calories. Sweet

Serendipity is a NYC ice cream parlor that’s famous for its delicious, high-calorie Frozen Hot Chocolate. I was determined to create a slimmed-down, fat-free version of this NYC classic, and here it is!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup(s) chocolate syrup
1 cup(s) milk, evaporated, fat-free
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cup(s) ice cubes
PREPARATION
Combine the chocolate syrup, evaporated milk, vanilla, and ice in a blender and blend until completely smooth
Pour into glasses, and garnish with a dollop of whipped topping or a sprinkling of chocolate shavings if desired.
*Note: For celiac disease, check label on chocolate syrup to ensure it’s gluten-free.
Variations:
Mexican Hot Chocolate: Add ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
