    this is fairly straightforward recipe
rather than being very sweet thanks to kiwi it have aa bit of a tang to it

    • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
    • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt low fat
    • 2 tablespoons milk (skimmed , or almond milk )

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or untill all the ingredients are blend together

for extra chill *** few ice cubes and blend again

Sounds very refreshing. I've never done a combo of kiwi with banana before but i'm curious to try as I love both fruits. I'm going to experiment with using almond and coconut milk since i'm not on dairy right now. Thanks for sharing!

Coconut might be a little bit overpowering-we tried a combo of strawberry ,banana and kiwi with more coconut milk and vanilla ice cream as a shake really and i could mostly taste coconut with a "fruity taste" ;-)

Also a friend of mine suggested adding a spoonful of cherry jam -to the kiwi and banana -i need to try it out :-)
