Cajun Spiced Fish Fillets
Serves 4.Cajun Spiced Fish
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets (or other firm white fish like swai, or halibut)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
- Mix the seasonings in a small bowl, then lightly coat the fish, on both sides, with this mixture.
- Heat butter, over medium heat, until it sizzles.
- Add the fish and cook until lightly browned on each side and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
