    Simple broiled tomatoes w/Feta

    Simple broiled tomatoes w/Feta

This is something I made for lunch today:

1 large tomato cut up in slices
    Olive oil
    Sea salt
    Feta Cheese
    Fresh figs (optional)

All I did was place tomatoes on a cooking tray, sprinkle with some salt, drizzle some olive oil on top, and then sprinkle w/Feta cheese. I added some figs too just b/c I had some on hand.

Stick it into the broiler for about 10 minutes and you have a very simple, healthy summer snack.Simple broiled tomatoes w/Feta-img_2173-jpg
