Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan or a 9Γ—13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding mix.
  3. Add the eggs, 7-Up soda, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the batter on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or until it’s well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan or baking pan, making sure to spread it evenly.
  5. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
