- π 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- π 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- π 4 large eggs
- π 1 cup 7-Up soda
- π 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- π 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan or a 9Γ13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding mix.
- Add the eggs, 7-Up soda, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the batter on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or until itβs well combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan or baking pan, making sure to spread it evenly.
- Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully invert the cake onto a wire rack or serving plate and allow it to cool completely before serving.
