Asiago Tortellini Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

• 1 package (19 oz) cheese tortellini
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
• 1 cup shredded asiago cheese
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
• Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and garlic, and sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
• Step 3: Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
• Step 4: In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, sautéed chicken, and alfredo sauce. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
• Step 5: Transfer the tortellini-chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the shredded asiago and parmesan cheeses.
• Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.
