• 4 large russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick wedges and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
• Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the potato wedges and toss to coat them thoroughly.
• Step 4: Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they’re not touching each other.
• Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
• Step 6: Remove the baked potato wedges from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
