• Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, honey, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat the chicken evenly in the marinade.
• Step 2: Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece.
• Step 3: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the edges are slightly charred.
• Step 4: Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Skewers warm, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of the reserved marinade (if desired).
