• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
• 1 pre-baked flatbread or naan bread
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing until the chicken is evenly coated.
• Step 2: Place the pre-baked flatbread or naan on a baking sheet. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
• Step 3: Sprinkle the mozzarella and blue cheese over the chicken. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
• Step 4: Remove the flatbread from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing over the top. Sprinkle the diced celery and red onion over the flatbread.
• Step 5: Slice the flatbread into desired portions and serve hot.
