• 12 ounces rotini or penne pasta
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 1 cup diced celery
• 1 cup diced carrots
• 1 cup diced red onion
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
• Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain well.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked and drained pasta, shredded chicken, diced celery, carrots, and red onion.
• Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing until well combined.
• Step 4: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
• Step 5: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley (if using).
