Ingredients
• 1 pound (454g) rotini or penne pasta
• 2 cups (350g) cooked, shredded chicken
• 1 cup (150g) diced celery
• 1 cup (150g) diced carrots
• 1 cup (150g) diced red onion
• 1 cup (150g) diced bell pepper (any color)
• 1 cup (240ml) buffalo sauce
• 1 cup (240ml) ranch or blue cheese dressing
• 1/2 cup (120ml) mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, shredded chicken, diced celery, carrots, red onion, and bell pepper.
• Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 4: Pour the sauce over the pasta and vegetable mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
• Step 5: Cover and refrigerate the buffalo chicken pasta salad for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled, before serving.
