• 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
• 2 cups shredded carrots
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the shredded carrots, melted butter, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Place a heaping tablespoon of the carrot mixture near the wide end of each crescent triangle. Carefully roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and ending at the narrow tip, to enclose the carrot filling.
• Step 4: Arrange the rolled-up crescent appetizers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
