Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 package refrigerated pie crust or puff pastry
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
• Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
• Step 4: Unroll the refrigerated pie crust or puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares.
• Step 5: Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the center of each square. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
• Step 6: Transfer the cheeseburger hot pockets to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and flaky.
• Step 7: Remove the hot pockets from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
