Ingredients
• 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian dinner rolls
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
• Dill pickle chips (optional)
• Condiments of your choice (e.g., ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
• Step 3: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
• Step 4: Place the Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet and carefully slice them in half horizontally to create the slider buns.
• Step 5: Place the beef patties on the bottom half of the rolls, then top each one with a quarter slice of cheddar cheese.
• Step 6: Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through.
• Step 7: Remove the sliders from the oven and top with dill pickle chips and your desired condiments.
• Step 8: Carefully place the top buns back on the sliders and serve immediately, while they’re warm and delicious.
