• 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends off the green beans and spread them out on a large baking sheet.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
• Step 3: Bake the green beans for 12-15 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender and starting to brown.
• Step 4: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, and panko breadcrumbs over the top.
• Step 5: Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
