Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

• 12 ounces penne pasta
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup ranch dressing
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and sauté until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
• Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
• Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the mixture until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
• Step 5: Add the cooked penne and chicken to the skillet, and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
• Step 6: Bake the Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
