Ingredients
• 8 ounces penne pasta
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and the ranch seasoning mix. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
• Step 3: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
• Step 4: Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine and allow the cheese to melt, about 2-3 minutes.
• Step 5: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
