Ingredients
• 12 lasagna noodles
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
• 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the egg. Stir until well combined.
• Step 3: Spread 1/2 cup of the chicken-alfredo mixture in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles over the mixture. Spread half of the remaining chicken-alfredo mixture over the noodles, then top with another layer of 4 noodles. Spread the remaining chicken-alfredo mixture over the noodles and top with the remaining 4 noodles.
• Step 4: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the lasagna. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
• Step 5: Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
