• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 2 medium avocados, pitted and sliced
• 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1/4 cup sliced red onion
• 4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas or wraps on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion in the center of each wrap. Fold the bottom of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly to enclose the contents.
- Toast the Wraps: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wrapped sandwiches seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the wraps are lightly toasted and crispy.
