Ingredients
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the cubed chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 3: Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
• Step 4: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
• Step 5: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
